Return policy Information on Returns & Exchanges

We strive to ensure that our site has provided you with enough information to choose the correct item for your vehicle.

In the event that you choose to return an item for credit we will credit your card

All return requests are subject to bkhondaparts.com approval. Click Here to Request Return Approval

Please include invoice number, full name and date of purchase for return consideration.

All items submitted for return are subject to the following criteria:

  • All returns must be requested for credit with in 15 days of purchase.
  • All returned items must be in new and resellable condition and in original packaging.
  • All returned items must include any installation hardware and packing.
  • All returned items must be free of marking on packaging or covering over the part number
  • NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL OR ELECTRONIC PARTS.
  • NO RETURNS ON COLOR-CODED PARTS (HONDA WON'T LET US RETURN THESE EITHER)
  • A restocking charge of 20% will be applied to returns.

If you receive an item damaged or missing components please notify us immediately. Please contact us and notify us of the situation. We will do whatever is necessary to satisfy you in a timely manner.

Shipping and Handling

Ship Charges: After placing items in your cart, ship charges for "Ground" and expedited methods are calculated by entering your zip and clicking on the "Calculate" button. This calculation is based on Federal Express's rates and your location.

Handling Charges: These are 10% of the Total Order amount ...not to exceed $5.00.

Exception: Large items may have additional shipping charge. Any item in your order that is Extra-Heavy (transmission, wheels, etc) or over-sized (bumper, bedliner, etc) will be shipped by a Ground-Freight Carrier, incurring additional charges. Since we do not ship without alerting you to additional charges ...we'll call the number you give us on your order form or you can call Us, 877-674-5525, for the additional charge.

Exception: Certain parts can't be shipped, such as batteries and paints. Others are considered Hazardous Material (airbag, etc), therefore the shipment must comply with HAZMAT regulations and may accrue additional charges. Since we do not ship without alerting you to additional charges ...we'll call the number you give us on your order form or you can call 877-674-5525 for the additional charge.

Ship Times: You can expect Quick Shipment since IN-stock orders placed before 3:00 PM EST Monday-Friday are shipped the following business day.

In the event a part(s) must be ordered from American Honda, it usually takes 2 business days to arrive to us(unless 1990 model or older then allow 5-6 days) and is promptly shipped to you. Unfortunately, Honda will not ship directly to you, only to Authorized Honda Dealerships.

90% of orders are shipped complete within 2 business days of placement.

Ship Tracking: A tracking number is automatically e-mailed(same email entered on order form) the afternoon of shipment with a link provided for tracking purposes.

Backorders: In the event a part is backordered or temporarily unavailable we will contact you with an estimated time of arrival. Time in transit depends upon your location. As we are in Illinois, transit times could be from 2 days to the midwest to 3-4 days for the Northwest.
